Real Solutions to Heal Your Gut

Real solutions to heal your gut; an interactive playful workshop with Nitya Jessica Eisenheim, Naturopathic physician.

Are you finding your food sensitivities annoying to deal with, especially with foods you want to eat? Are you struggling to figure out what to eat or what to cook? Do you end up regretting what you ate?

Many people try different diets out there: detox diets, Candida diet, Specific carbohydrate, GAPS, elimination challenge and still feel no relief or feel worse while on the diet or afterwards. Many times, something is amiss. Folks are often labeled with an IBS diagnosis and told to follow a specific diet and/or prescribed medications for their issues, without really addressing the cause of the issue. What really needs to be addressed is healing the gut lining, cooling down inflammation and getting to the bottom of why are all these food reactions are happening in the first place.

In this fun and interactive class you will learn:
-Herbs and foods to heal your gut lining
-What to do when you have a gut flare up
-How the 5 step Gut Healing protocol could be right for you to address your digestive issues.
-All of this, plus handouts and herbal samples

The class is $12. Cash or check preferred.

RSVP by October 15th to info@bluedragonapothecary.com or 413-773-3730.
